  • Most meals you can heat in the microwave in our containers or toaster oven on an oven safe pan. Time depends on the wattage of your microwave or temperature of your toaster oven.

    If you are reheating frozen food, place item on oven safe pan. Cover loosely with foil in a 350 degree oven. Heat until at least 140 degrees, using a cooking thermometer. If you don’t have one, just go by touch and taste.

  • Of course! All of our meals can be frozen and eaten within 3 months. You may want to wrap in plastic for an extra barrier against freezer burn.

  • We love to go to the Farmer’s market where we buy most of our produce. Our sundried tomato pasta sauce was made entirely from farmer’s market ingredients! We buy additional ingredients at Fresh Thyme, Trader Joe’s, Kroger, and Costco.

  • No, all of our food is made without tree nuts. We do use natural peanut butter in SOME of our energy & protein balls. We try to make the majority of our food GF and without added salt. If you have special dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know!
